Who we are
Integrated Community Development Initiatives of Nigeria
ICIN is a non-governmental, non-profit organization based in Jos, Plateau State. Established in 2006, we work with communities, institutions, and partners to promote peace, inclusion, and sustainable development.
Our core areas include security and good governance, humanitarian response, girl-child education, health initiatives, capacity building, and youth empowerment.
ICIN Objectives
- Enhance skills of vulnerable groups through advocacy and training in economic, peace education, and personal development.
- Promote career guidance and decision-making among young girls and women.
- Promote gender, good governance, health education, and HIV/AIDS mitigation and control.
- Network with local and international organizations that share similar objectives.
- Enhance relationships among citizens and strengthen communication skills for development.
- Support broader participation in and oversight of conflict management mechanisms at state and local levels.
