Project Overview
In February 2025, ICIN Nigeria hosted a vibrant commemoration event marking World Hijab Day 2025 under the inspiring theme: "Hijabis Unsilenced".
The event gathered over 200 young people, women activists, faith leaders, and community members in Jos. Using interfaith dialogue, spoken-word poetry, panel discussions, hijab demonstrations, craft exhibitions, and cultural performances, the celebration emphasized modesty, women's dignity, and mutual respect among diverse religious groups.
